Customer's reviews
I contacted Pegasus Appliance Repair by phone, and they were able to arrange a service visit very quickly. Gregory, the technician, was professional, careful, and thorough. He quickly identified the problem with my Sub-Zero refrigerator and resolved it efficiently. Sub-Zero appliances require specialized knowledge and experience, and Gregory clearly knew what he was doing. I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Gregory and Pegasus Appliance Repair.

I had a great experience with the Pegasus technician-Kostiantyn. He arrived with the necessary parts, including the motor with carbon brushes and the door lock, and took care of everything efficiently and professionally.
He was knowledgeable, courteous, and clearly knew what he was doing. I really appreciated that he came prepared with the required parts and completed the job without unnecessary delays.
Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you for the professional and efficient work!
I am very comfortable recommending Pegasus to everyone I know and to anyone who may need their services.

Kostantin showed up at the very beginning of the time slot I was promised and he did a complete examination of my fridge. He then cleaned the condenser, which was very dirty and listend to the compressor with a stethoscope. Then he put everything back and told me the fridge is in very good shape.
I had looked them up on BBB and they had the top rating, which I will also give them. I will definitely call them again if needed👍👍Finn Schmidt-Hansen
